Helping employees and managers feel empowered to promote mental health at work.
To meet the unique needs of employees and managers, we created two workshops that tackle the basics of workplace mental health.
Each workshop is 60 minutes and is designed to give either group an introductory awareness and set of tools to support their mental health and that of their colleagues.

Employees everywhere are struggling with how to identify and voice their mental health challenges to their managers in order to receive the support they need. However, until they can properly identify and comfortably share their challenges, their ability to ask for support is limited
Mental Health Basics for Managers
With rising reports of anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges, there is a need for organizations to provide better support for their staff. We show managers how to lead the way.
This workshop is great for managers of all levels of seniority.
Whether the workshop is for employees or managers, either party will walk away with:
- An understanding of common mental health challenges impacting their colleagues
- Awareness of how often mental health challenges appear in their workplace
- Techniques to help recognize symptoms and initiate a dialogue
- Clarity on how to discuss mental health challenges at work and seek further support
